Getting your Cloudnest to you. Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days.
After dispatch, estimated delivery is 6–10 business days to the UK and US, or 6–12 business days to Canada and Australia. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Shipping charges appear at checkout.
Returns within 30 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unused, with tags, original packaging and proof of purchase. Contact Support@celociel.com before returning an item. A used-pillow sleep trial is not offered.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos so we can help. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Keep your everyday favourite cared for. Use a suitable pillowcase and follow its wash instructions separately from the pillow’s.
Before washing the pillow itself, check its sewn-in care label. Do not assume that instructions for a removable cover also apply to the filling. Follow the stated drying method and let it dry completely before use.
